The construction of the luxurious residential complex “O Residence” has started - Novaston Cro Investor

The team of the Novaston real estate platform in Croatia, together with the team from Serbia, started the development of a complex of luxurious apartments, O Residence, in an exclusive location in Opatija, a modern resort on the Croatian coast.

This luxurious complex will consist of two buildings oriented towards the beautiful Adriatic Sea, with a stunning view of the bay. The buildings will have six luxury apartments each, with the size of the apartments ranging from 48 to 240 square meters, the sale of which has already started. In both buildings, there is one penthouse on the roof, with a stunning view of the sea, and five apartments distributed on the lower floors, all with their own view on the bay in front. Apartments on the lowest floor have private courtyard terraces instead of balconies. Private parking spaces below the building are also available for all of the apartments, with three parking spaces in front of the building.
