The time capsule was laid for the future Mega Retail Park in Gevgelija

Our Novaston team participated in placing the time capsule and cornerstone for another retail park, this time in Gevgelija, for the future Mega Retail Park.

Spanning 5 hectares, this retail park will offer over 20,000 m2 of net usable space and will become the new home to more than 50 diverse domestic and international brands, organized into several zones.

Our team has been involved in the project from the very beginning, and we take great pride in serving as the overall strategic consultant. From developing the conceptual design and conducting technical analysis to creating the business plan, every step has been carefully crafted to meet the market’s needs. Through strategic consulting and in-depth analysis of commercial leasing aspects, our team has made significant contributions to the functionality and future success of the Mega Retail Park. The solemn ceremony of the capsule laying was attended by the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, the Mayor of Gevgelija, Andon Saramandov, representatives of the Macedonian Orthodox Church, media, partners, and collaborators in the project.
