With a degree in Field Of Study Architecture in Union Nikola Tesla Beograd, Faculty of Business and Industrial Management has an extensive experience in operations and project management. Professional career experience started in STMG Consultancy d.o.o. (former EC Harris d.o.o.) and continued in Confluence Property Management. His biography includes positions of Architect, Operations Manager, Project Manager and Lead Project Manager.

With more than 13 years of experience in construction and project development. Worked on the reconstruction project of the Hyatt Hotel, among which were the most exclusive suites that Belgrade has, namely the presidential and diplomatic suites. In the meantime, she worked in design and furnishing jobs for retailers such as Sephora, Gap, Piraeus bank, and Alpha bank. She was part of the team that led the design and construction of one of the largest projects in the region - project management for the Delhize Group and the construction of an approximately 90,000 m2 distribution center. After that, she moved to the Delhaize Group, where she works as a coordinator in the development sector on equipment, renovations, and the opening of new stores in the territory of Serbia. In Novaston, she works as a Project Manager for retail and office projects.

Dušan Radišić

He is the senior architect and project manager, with more than 15 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, project coordination, and management. Led and worked with various teams to complete over 30 projects. Worked in the area of architectural, urban, interior, and detail design, and gained experience in a diverse field of building categories including residential, educational, commercial, office and hi-rise buildings, industrial and sports facilities. Graduate in Architecture, Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, Serbia. Member of Serbian Chamber of Engineers.
