Novaston Expands Portfolio in Croatia: Luxury Projects in Opatija and Ičići
Novaston Real Estate platform has launched the expansion of its investment portfolio in Croatia with two luxury projects in prime locations on the Kvarner coast – in Opatija and Ičići.
Construction has already begun on O Residence, a modern residential complex situated above Opatija, one of the most famous and prestigious resorts on the Adriatic coast. The project includes 12 exclusive apartments ranging from 48 to 240 m², including penthouses with private rooftop terraces and apartments with spacious private gardens. Residents will benefit from underground and outdoor parking spaces, while the entire complex will be surrounded by carefully landscaped greenery, enhancing the luxurious living experience.
The second project, currently in the planning phase, is located in Ičići, a peaceful coastal town just a few kilometers from Opatija, connected by the famous 12 km-long Lungomare promenade. The site’s immediate proximity to the beach, ACI marina, and renowned hotel brands such as Marriott highlights its strong potential for luxury tourism and residential development.
“O Residence is the first in a series of luxury developments we plan to realize in Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia, with negotiations already underway in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
