Novastons' Role in the Project: RUMA Shopping Park Opened
We are proud to announce that another retail park we have worked on has opened its doors, this time for the residents of Ruma.
Our team successfully completed all key stages of the development of the new Ruma Shopping Park, from initial research to coordination with tenants. The entire process began with a detailed feasibility study, which allowed for an accurate market analysis and the definition of the potential for opening a modern shopping center in Ruma.
After that, as the main consultant, we continued through all phases of the project development, participating in shaping every aspect, from architectural and technical solutions to the execution of the shell & core and fit-out works. At the same time, our team successfully negotiated with key tenants, enabling Ruma Shopping Park to secure a high-quality mix of different brands and become a true hub of business and commerce in this part of Serbia.
Through efficient coordination with tenants, we facilitated effective communication among all participants in the design process and the execution of shell&core and fit-out works, contributing to the timely opening of stores and the great satisfaction of visitors. This further confirms our regional leadership position in the development of retail parks.
